Jacob Snoeyink always put the team first, as Natick High School Football CaptainVeritas Graduate Jacob Snoeyink just completed his 4th Season as Captain of the Natick High School Football Team. Snoeyink is a Bay State Conference All-Star, who started the last two seasons as nose guard and offensive tackle. Jacob is an intelligent and instinctive player, with excellent technical skills. He is a natural athlete, aggressive and fast. However, Jacob has become best known for his leadership style and his resilience. Jacob’s coach Mark Mortarelli recently praised Jacob, “Jacob played both ways with multiple injuries. He set the tone for his teammates to always put the team first… he is, without a doubt, one of the toughest kids we’ve had in a long time.” Jacob’s most treasured moments on the Natick Football team were being chosen as a BSC All Star and being selected as captain. “I’m more humbled by being a captain,’’ he said. “it shows I earned the respect of my teammates.’’ Jacob has already received several acceptance to colleges, though he has still not made his final decision. However, wherever he goes, he plans to play football!
